The Heldrich invites you to explore downtown New Brunswick just outside our front door.
We are directly across the street from three performing arts theaters, and moments from shopping, dining and nightlife.

To book using Discount Code for MAACBA:

• We suggest making reservations by calling 866-609-4700.
• Give the agent Group Attendee Code 456084 to assist you.

To book online:

1. Visit TheHeldrich.com
2. Click on the “Reservations” button, which will open the Calendar Booking screen.
3. Click on the “+” sign next to Add Code. 
4. Click the drop-down arrow next to “Discount Code”, and select option Group Attendee.
5. Input your Group Attendee Code 456084 and then click the Add button. 
6. Select your Arrival and Departure Dates and the number of guests and then click Continue.
7. Select your preferred Bed Type, fill in the appropriate Information Fields, and then click Submit.
